Having been a licensed real estate salesperson for 4 years prior to opening his own firm, Moishe knows the playing field and works with what’s out there. He is focused on the frustrated renter that has seen many options, but none spoke to him and finding them their dream rental. He visits new apartments weekly prior to listing them online. He meets customers at viewings and works hard to understand their preferences and show them options that best suit their interests. He loves getting work done and not much in between. He’s committed to proper communication and prompt responses to inquiries. Moishe is your guy when you’re frustrated with your search - or your starting point if you want to avoid that.
